Zimbio is Livingly Media


















































































Livingly Media, formerly known as Zimbio, is a San Carlos, California, USA–based company that is an online publisher that reaches an audience of more than 30 million monthly readers across fashion, beauty, celebrity, home, and entertainment topics. The company was founded by Tony Mamone and Danny Khatib in 2006 as Zimbio, Inc. The management team consists of Tony Mamone as CEO, Danny Khatib as President, John Newlin as Editor-in-Chief, Nicole Amico as VP of Sales, and Bruce Martin as Chief Technology Officer.

Livingly Media publishes a blend of professionally written featured stories, user contributed articles, videos and high resolution photography. Livingly owns and operates three websites: Zimbio.com, comScore's #5 Entertainment News site, StyleBistro.com, comScore's about Fashion, Beauty, and Style site, and Lonny Magazine, an online home decor magazine, Livingly Media acquired Lonny Magazine in July 2012. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to Quantcast, as of July 2007, Zimbio.com was ranked the 92th most popular Internet property in the United States, The Zimbio.com website officially launched in May 2006, but did not attract a meaningful audience until 2008. In February 2009, Zimbio was named one of the fastest growing community sites on the internet. However, later that year audience growth slowed. Monthly readership declined for the first half of 2010, until it began to grow again in October of that year, Zimbio's second online magazine, Stylebistro.com, officially launched in July 2011. The site is focused on fashion and beauty and publishes information about what celebrities are wearing. In August of 2012, StyleBistro was named the #5 biggest Fashion/Beauty site by comScore, In April 2013, Livingly released an iPad application, titled Celebrity Pictures, which allows users to access a large library of celebrity photos. In October 2014, Livingly released an iPad application for Lonny in the iTunes Newsstand.
